Is the price per person or per family?
Per family. One subscription covers every member up to your plan's limit.
How am I billed?
Paid plans are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed SafeLoop. SafeLoop never sees your card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: one member, one zone, and SOS alerts. Upgrade from the app whenever you need more.
Do prices vary by country?
Prices shown are US list prices. They may vary by country and store; the app always shows your current price before you subscribe.
What does SafeLoop cost for schools?
School pickup is paid by the school at 50¢ per student per month, billed annually. It's free for parents.
